Today Miss Cooke was taken over as it was ‘Takeover’ Day!

Miss Cooke was taken over by Ophelia, Lubaya and Lilly Anna from year 4! They did an amazing job and Miss Cooke got to put her feet up! We did Children in need themed work. The children received a letter from Pudsey Bear. He said he was lonely. The children thought about qualities of a good friend and designed a friend for Pudsey. In maths the children learnt about perimeter. They made predictions to guess the perimeter of Pudsey bear. They then measured his perimeter using cubes and counters. This afternoon the children then created pictures of Pudsey on the computers. Our teachers for the day also worked with groups during guided reading; did all the marking, shared homework, and even had time for a cup of tea!
